Has any ever said to you “don’t be so sensitive” or “you are such a sensitive person”? Do you find yourself overwhelmed in large crowds or in cramped spaces (such as airplanes)? Do you get emotional when you hear music or watch a heart-warming movie? Do you “feel” the emotions of others, and go to extreme efforts to protect and care for all species? Do you take criticism, unkind words or slights so deeply that you cannot seem to shake the negative impact? If you answered yes to any of these, I would like to hear from you.
I have always been a sensitive person and I have found ways to live in this world and most often protect my sensitivity at the same time. So I’m going to be working on a project over the next several months to help other “sensitives” and would like to include you in the project.
If you are interested in sharing some information, please email me by January 1, 2014 and let me know:
- in what ways are you sensitive,
- how you react to situations that trigger a sensitive reaction,
- how you handle situations that hurt your sensitivity, and
- how you maintain your sensitivity in this world?
Your helpful story may end up in the project!
All my best,
Allie is a unique combination of self-empowerment coach (Certified Law of Attraction Counselor and Life Coach), energy therapist (Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy Master-Instructor, and Advanced Crystal Master), award-winning book author, attorney and nationally-recognized animal advocate. Whether it’s wanting more freedom, creativity, loving relationships, financial security, wellbeing, relaxation, or adjusting to the energy of our new world … she looks at each person and animal holistically and creates a well-being plan. She holistically combines these methods to help people gain control of their lives and to help animals live with comfort in our hectic world. It worked for her and will work for you! She particularly loves helping our animal companions because for those of us who have them grace our worlds, they are our soul mates.
Join in on the fun!
