PLEASE do not share this page, the workbook or the video. You have access because you paid for the class or are in my Sacred Shift group. If you know someone who would benefit from learning my system, please send them this link and ask them to register to access the materials.

Please print the workbook so you can fill in the pages. There is a reason it is not an online fill-in workbook … because when you put pen to paper it has a stronger energy and creates deeper neuropathways for success.

Please complete these tasks before class:
- Fill in page 3 = Reflecting on 2022
- Fill in page 4 = if you do not have an oracle or tarot card deck it is okay to skip this page. If you are unfamiliar with how to work with cards, simply shuffle them and select the cards you want. The right card(s) will always be drawn.
- Decide on one goal you want to focus on during this event.
- If you have not selected your Word for 2023, please look at page 17 and select a few possible words that represent the energy you want to bring to your goal in 2023. You can change your word after the class.
- Review the list of crystals (page 15) and essential oils (page 16) and bring one per category to the class if you them. If you are looking for specific crystals, please ask as I may have them in my crystal store.
- Make sure that you can be in a quiet and comfortable location as you will be doing much reflecting and writing in your workbook
